HOW TO BAKE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD AT HOME.
Just 5 Ingredients .
- Flour – 4 cups to start with and then add one third cup towards the end of the kneading proccess.
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Warm water – 2 cups
- butter – A quarter of a bar
- Fast action Yeast-2 sachets
Measure the dry Ingredients directly into the mixer. I have placed quick links to shop most of the Ingredients below.

Transfer into a buttered bowl.
Cover with cling film and a damp Tea towel and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Divide into desired shapes.
