FESTIVE TWISTS TO AFRICAN CLASSICS-My Xmas gift to you.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Happy Holidays.

It has been a very unusual year for a lot of us and wrapping up a tough year brings about mixed feelings. The usually lit up homes on my street are dark and gloomy. I can certainly feel the lack of excitement all around.

I have however chosen to focus on the things I’m grateful for, I put up the tree, put the lights out, it was a struggle, but I did it. I hope it will shine and lighten up my neighbours days.

I decided to give out 5 free recipes, they are inspired by my African roots, however I put a festive touch to each one. I hope it will ease your Christmas- however little.

Have a brilliant Christmas.
